A graduate of the Art Institute of Boston,
watercolorist Wayne Lind has more than forty years
experience in the design fields. His long career
included operating his own sign design company in
Norwood, Massachusetts following his discharge from the
US Marine Corps after the Vietnam conflict.
strong interest in the arts and his early experience
drawing the wildlife photographs he saw in his father's
Field and Stream magazines, provided a basis for his
later works. Living on his sailboat Valhalla, and
playing at his studio in The Historic Key West Armory
has rejuvenated his passion for capturing the islands
vibrant colors and reflective light which provide
inspiration for his works.
